For accountancy, payroll and HR firms

You prepare pay gap reports for several clients. Bean Proof does each one the same way (prepare free, pay to calculate) and keeps every client's data apart from every other's.

How it works

Create your firm's account and add each client employer. You prepare the data, write the statement and produce the packs; an owner at your firm freezes, pays and publishes. Every fix is recorded under your name, which is what your working papers need. A client can also invite you onto their own account instead.

The Advisor plan

  • One login, every client employer you look after
  • Each client kept apart at the database level; one client can never see another
  • €450 a year per client employer; you set your own fee to the client
  • All three packs for every client

How clients are kept apart

Every table in the database enforces which employer a row belongs to, and the application can't switch that off. Inside your firm's account each client is a separate employer, and a colleague can be given only the clients they work on. The privacy policy says this in full.

Would a hand setting up help?

One email to arrange it, and nothing else.

Ready when you are.
