Our statement
Acme Ltd employs 212 people in Ireland. On 15 June 2027 our mean hourly pay gap was 11.4% and our median gap was 9.0%.
Reasons for the gap
Our gap comes mainly from who holds our most senior and highest-paid roles. Men make up 62% of the upper pay quarter.
Most of our part-time colleagues are women in customer support roles.
Measures we're taking
From January 2028 we will publish pay bands for every role internally. All hiring now uses structured interviews with a mixed panel.
